ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is only open to any legal resident of the 50 United States, who are the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: Promotional Period begins on January 7, 2007 and ends on January 31, 2007 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the "Promotional Period"). 4. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be awarded $10,000, which the winner may use to help them along with their 2007 goals. Total retail value for all prizes (ARV): $10,000.00. All prizes will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions are allowed. All applicable taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winner. 5. DRAWING: Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 2/15/07 from among all eligible entries received.
