SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on June 15, 2007 and ends on September 30, 2007 11:59 p.m. EST (the "Sweepstakes Period"). PRIZES: One Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for four (4) plus four (4) guests to the TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida to play with a Team Aleve PGA TOUR professional golfer. This package includes, round trip airfare for 8 (economy class) to Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, 2 night hotel accommodations (4 rooms double-occupancy), $500/each spending money for foursome and one round of golf for eight people at THE PLAYERS Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass. Actual value of prize may vary depending on point of departure and fare fluctuations. Any stated difference between the approximate value and actual value of Grand Prize or any substituted prize will not be awarded. Prize Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary. Travel must be completed by March 31, 2008. All travel and lodging will be at the traveler's risk. All applicable taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winner. DRAWING: Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 10/15/07 from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Arrowhead Promotion, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Winners will be notified by mail within 10 days of drawing. Potential winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release that must be signed, notarized and returned within 14 days. Ineligibility or noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification in which case prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected from the other eligible entries received.
