SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on March 1, 2008 and ends on June 30, 2008 11:59 p.m. EST (the "Sweepstakes Period").

PRIZES: One Grand Prize Winner which will consist of $25,000.00 cash and twenty-five First Prizes - Apple iPod® Touch. Approximate Retail Value of First Prize: $399.00. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed in these Official Rules and any other expenses not specified herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of winner. Total Retail Value for all prizes (ARV): $34,975.00. All prizes will be awarded. Prize is not redeemable for cash; nor is it transferable or substitutable. All applicable taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning dependant on the total number of eligible entries received.

DRAWING: Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about July 15, 2008 from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Arrowhead Promotion, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Winners will be notified by mail within 10 days of drawing. Potential winners will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release that must be signed, notarized and returned within 14 days. Ineligibility or noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification in which case prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected from the other eligible entries received. INDEMNIFICATION: By entering and/or accepting the prize, each of the Winners releases and agrees to hold harmless Bayer HealthCare LLC, its parents, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and public relation agencies of each from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or participation in this Sweepstakes.
